You don’t need to worry about falling behind (it’s not that kind of program)! We encourage you to take the program at your own pace. Content is drip-fed once a week in a digestible format and all live calls are recorded for you to replay anytime. Our user-friendly portal keeps everything in one place, allowing you to log in and learn on the go, so you can enjoy the videos whenever you have a spare moment.
What’s the difference between the ‘lifetime’ and ‘3 month’ options?
LIFETIME ACCESS: you have unlimited access to the portal, so you can take as much time as you need in digesting the information. You’ll also enjoy our yearly program updates and get re-inspired with additional live calls with every round.
3 MONTHS ACCESS: you can access the portal during the 9 weeks and enjoy 3 bonus weeks to revisit the information or catch up on anything you’ve missed. All summary sheets, notes, resource guides and recipe e-books are yours to keep forever and you can upgrade to ‘lifetime access’ at any time.
Do I have to give up certain foods?
No. This program is more about indulgence than deprivation and centres around taking steps towards lasting change. Food cravings tend to fall away once your diet revolves around nutrient dense foods and coupled with the tools to make inspired food choices, this approach works.
How do I connect with other students doing the program?
Via our fantastic ‘What To Eat’ Facebook support group, which was unanimously voted by previous grads as one of the best aspects of the program. It’s a place to trade success stories, ideas and resources, with real food recipes and articles that compliment the course and plenty of inspiring ‘look what I made’ food selfies.
Often when we make lifestyle shifts, we run up against resistance from family and friends. Being a conscious consumer and prioritising a healthy diet still seem to be radical acts (although thankfully this is changing)! Our closed group is full of knowledgable, like-minded and passionate folk, with some grads staying on to mentor each new round of participants. It doesn’t matter where you’re at on your journey – it’s a judgement-free zone.
Am I locked into weekly meal plans?
No. The program isn’t about following any one way of eating. It gently introduces new kitchen ideas each week to facilitate the creation of long term habits. By the end of the 9 weeks, you’ll be shopping and cooking in a whole new way.
I live outside Australia – can I join the program?
Yes, absolutely. We’ve had a great response from our overseas participants, because the principles that we teach are universal. When it comes to our recipes, we focus on simple, traditional foods so there’s rarely any need to search for exotic, hard-to-find ingredients that only exist in Australia! In the session on food labelling laws, there may be minor differences in terminology, but you’ll be armed with a solid understanding of how to navigate your local food system.
Can I do this as a vegetarian?
Yes. Because this program is a framework rather than a diet, it can be applied to any way of eating. Vegetarians that have come through the program have found it relevant and useful. However, in the interest of transparency, we don’t believe the program is suited to vegans.
When will the next program run?
The 2018 intake starts on the 6th of March. Please note: this is the only session until 2020.
