This 9 week online program is an easy and effective pathway to sustainable health, for you and your family. You’ll learn how to confidently source the most nutrient dense food possible and prepare it in a way that enhances its nutritional value.

Jo is a recipe blogger and author of the best seller 'Quirky Cooking' cookbook. Jo focuses on allergy friendly and gut-healing recipes. In the program, Jo will talk to us about her personal experience on how to change a family's diet.
Kate is a Naturopath, Clinical and Sports Nutritionist, Health Educator and Speaker with over 7 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She has immense passion for teaching people how to nurture and nourish their bodies on all levels.
Kira Sutherland is an experienced Nutritionist / Naturopath that specialises in Sports Nutrition. For over 20 years, Kira has worked with an array of clients both within Australia and overseas including. In the program, Kira will cover low carb.
Shalani McCray describes herself as an advocate for Wellbeing. Shalani believes there is no ‘one size fits all’ way to eat, move and live.

As your basic reference, these resources are geared towards the time poor, with clear and simple, on-topic insights and easy-to-read articles. The weekly tutorials help you understand the theory, without the overwhelm.
This tier contains advanced theory concepts where you’ll go if you’re thirsty for more information. As your advanced reference, these resources are geared towards keen learners, with relevant research linked to each subject focus. With additional video tutorials, you can delve deeper into weekly concepts.
