Lee Holmes, Supercharged

Lee Holmes is a holistic nutritionist, yoga teacher, wholefoods chef and author of the bestselling Supercharged Food: Eat Your Way to Health, Supercharged Food: Eat Yourself Beautiful and Eat Clean, Green and Vegetarian. Lee runs a four week online ‘Heal Your Gut’ program. She is a columnist with Wellbeing Magazine and her articles have appeared in leading Australian newspapers and journals, as well as The Times and The Daily Express in the UK and The Huffington Post in the US. Kate Johnston, Kore Wellbeing

Kate is a Naturopath, Clinical and Sports Nutritionist, Health Educator and Speaker with over 7 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She has immense passion for teaching people how to nurture and nourish their bodies on all levels. Throughout her years of clinical practice and study, Kate has come to realise just how much of an impact the food we eat has on our health and well-being – it can either be supportive and nourishing, or our absolute undoing. Gillian is the passion behind Cultured Artisans, where she has combined her love of home prepared good food and supporting good health. Gillian has spent many hours finding a rhythm that is working for her, her family and the friends she ferments with!

This has given rise to her teaching her passion to empower others to ‘ferment to better health’.

Jude Blereau, Wholefood Cooking

Jude Blereau is a whole and natural foods expert who has been teaching and food coaching within the organic and wholefood industries for over 20 years.

After co-founding the Earth Market in 1997, a wholefood store and cafe in Perth, Australia, she moved on to set up the Whole Food Cooking School in 2001. Her focus is on helping people learn about good food and giving them the tools and information they need to make healthy and wholesome eating a part of their everyday lives.


Alexx Stuart, Low Tox Life

Alexx is an advocate for all things she calls the ‘low tox life’ – making our best choices and doing so happily when it comes to food, sustainable living, personal care & cleaning products and more. She is of the belief that there should be no guilt or shame in making better choices as and when we’re ready to.

Brenda Janschek

Brenda is a qualified health coash and wellness blogger. Brenda has been featured in Body & Soul, SMH Good Food magazine, Inform magazine, Mashable and more.

Holly Davis

Holly Davis has been making fermented foods and teaching about them for over 40 years. She started as a teenager, using her mother’s linen cupboard or any spare bench around the home to produce delicious pickles, cheeses and drinks.

She’s a wholefood chef, teacher and original co-founder of Iku Wholefood chain of macrobiotic cafes. Holly has been practising and teaching the making of fermented foods for decades, and delights in the fact that she is still learning – it’s an alchemic art, not an exact science.

Emma Sutherland

Emma Sutherland is a successful mum, author and clinical naturopath and her mission in life is to inspire women to get their Mojo back. Her first book “50 Foods That Will Change Your Life” is co written with leading home economist Michelle Thrift and is the ultimate guide to healthy eating for women.

She was the expert nutritionist on the popular TV show “Eat Yourself Sexy” on Lifestyle You. Inspiring and uplifting, Eat Yourself Sexy encourages women to take control of their lives and get back on the road to loving themselves.

Emma is a fully qualified Naturopath, having completed four years of training in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Homoeopathy as well as a Bachelor of Health Science. She has years of experience in treating women and children throughout the preconception to post natal period. She has completed post graduate training in women’s health and is a certified Infant Sleep Consultant. Emma is a registered Naturopath with membership to the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.




Lizzy Williamson, Two-Minute Moves

Lizzy is a certified Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Presenter, Keynote Speaker and Author. You may have seen Lizzy on the Today Show, Studio 10, Lorna Jane’s YouTube channel, Women’s Health, Collective Hub, news.com.au plus many other fabulous publications, programs and blogs.

Lizzy’s 2 Minute Workouts get sent each week for free to thousands of women who have become part of Lizzy’s community. Lizzy has  been up on stage speaking and getting audiences off their chairs and moving at the Golden Door Health Retreat, Wellness Woman, Mindd, Mama Creatives, Mum Society, The Mother’s Den, Team Women Australia and more.


Shalani McCray, Live Alive

Shalani McCray describes herself as an advocate for Wellbeing.

She could also be described as a university junkie, having studied early childhood education, nursing, remedial massage, nutrition, herbal medicine and is now in the application process to study medicine.

Shalani is also an ordained Interfaith minister, an EFT practitioner, Laughter Yoga professor, certified GAPS practitioner – personally trained by Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride, MAPS certified in addition to being a sort after speaker in Australia and internationally.

While strongly inspired by the varied traditional wisdom as shared by Dr Weston A Price, Shalani believes there is no ‘one size fits all’ way to eat, move and live and utilises her vast knowledge in her business, Live Alive Health Creation, to encourage people tap in to their body’s innate intelligence to create and live their best possible life.

Dr Samantha Graham, Out of Your Mind

Samantha has been facilitating corporate leadership development programs for over a decade. She has a PhD in transformative, executive education and 18 years experience in Eastern development methods. Sam is driven by making the complex simple and her academic side demands scientific evidence to support her Mind Training work.

Samantha created an 8 week mind training program that has successfully lifted performance to give high end sporting teams a competitive advantage through greater on field focus, build mind resilience and efficiency skills to corporates, bring calmness and stability to those caring for others, reducing procrastination and distraction in HSC students.
